  • BMI less than 18.5: underweight
  • BMI between 18.5 and 24.9: normal weight
  • BMI between 25 and 29.9: overweight
  • BMI 30 or higher: obesity
  • The logic for calculating biological age is as follows:

    Retrieve input values for age, height, weight, stress level, smoking habits, fruit and vegetable intake, exercise, sleep, and alcohol intake. Start with the user's actual age as the baseline value for biological age.

  • If the user's height is less than 160 cm, add 2 years to biological age; if the height is between 160 and 180 cm, add 1 year to biological age.
  • If the user's weight is greater than 80 kg, add 2 years to biological age; if the weight is between 60 and 80 kg, add 1 year to biological age.
  • If the user's stress level is 7 or higher on a scale of 1 to 10, add 2 years to biological age; if the stress level is between 4 and 6, add 1 year to biological age.
  • If the user is a regular smoker (smoking=2), add 3 years to biological age; if the user is an occasional smoker (smoking=1), add 2 years to biological age.
  • If the user's fruit and vegetable intake is less than 200 g/day, add 2 years to biological age; if the intake is between 200 and 400 g/day, add 1 year to biological age.
  • If the user's exercise level is less than 2 hours per week, add 2 years to biological age; if the exercise level is between 2 and 4 hours per week, add 1 year to biological age.
